My goal for the week was three to four workouts.
Monday, I snuck in a 30 minute walk after dropping the girls at daycare.
Tuesday, I hit the gym at 6am for 30 minutes on the treadmill.
And with a four mile run/walk today at the park, I attained my goal!
Tomorrow’s workout will be icing on the fitness cake! Reverend Mother Runner is back!
