As Founder and Creative Consultant, let me be the first to welcome you to Inspiring Creativity Ministries! As a CreateHER, I am called to fashion beautiful things out of the raw materials that God has provided to me. As a minister of the Gospel and artist, I encourage creativity by helping others to think higher, go deeper, connect wider, and embrace artistic expression as a means to attain their personal and vocational aspirations. With an extensive background in fine arts and pastoral theology, I am experienced in fusing creativity and spirituality to INSPIRE CREATIVE discipleship, preaching, and living. Through Inspiring Creativity Ministries, I offer group classes and individual consultations to help you live life creatively, which is how God—the Ultimate Artist—intended for God’s people to live.
God is an Artist with a canvas as expansive as the universe and a color palette that puts Crayola to shame. Being made in the image and likeness of God—the Artist—means that every human being has inherent imagination and creative possibilities within. The problem is that creativity has not been cultivated or celebrated. In many instances creativity has been suppressed for more serious endeavors. However newness of life, justice, joy, and living on earth as it is in heaven requires that each of us live into our identity as an artist—no matter the medium or materials. As a creative in ministry, I am called to help others develop their latent creativity and live with holy imagination so that they can reach the heights that God has for their lives, God is glorified, and God’s people are lifted.
